Audit request by minority partners

In companies not required to submit the annual accounts for audit by an auditor, shareholders representing at least 5% of the share capital may request the commercial registrar of the registered office to appoint an auditor to carry out the review of the annual accounts for a specific financial year provided that three months have not elapsed from the closing date of said financial year.
